As we have ended the first year, I’m filled with immense pride and gratitude as I reflect on the incredible journey we’ve embarked on together at Africus Establishments. This year has been about laying strong foundations, both literally and figuratively. We have spread the word far and wide no doubt about this.

We’ve facilitated countless land transactions, helping individuals and organizations find the perfect plots to realize their dreams. We’ve broken ground on new construction projects, turning visions into tangible structures that will shape the future of our landscape. We have contributed in making Mbarara City a better place by selling to people only standard plots and also preaching and training traditional property agents and dealers to refrain away from selling substandard plots and also not encroaching on swampy areas.
We’ve also made significant strides in expanding our services, now offering comprehensive building and construction solutions alongside our core land offerings. This integrated approach enables us to guide our clients seamlessly through every stage of their real estate journey, from initial concept to final realization.

Enhanced Client Experience: Investing in technology and processes to streamline communication and provide unparalleled support at every touchpoint. On this we are introducing a CRM, every customer you get you will be registering them on the system through the account we shall share.
Community Impact: Expanding our efforts to give back and create positive change in the areas where we work. We are going to Champion I small fund to facilitate a few things in schools or hospitals where we do our estates in form of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), then we shall keep Mbarara Corporate Club (MCC) and look on how to join Green Park Too.
